Our Story
Women Entrepreneurs Connect (WE Connect) is an Australian-based professional network, made up of women who are committed to inspiring each other through professional and personal connection and opportunities. WE Connect came about to close the connection gap in the market within women entrepreneurs (and men who are brave enough), by providing a safe space to get to know each other in a number of different ways, in a very relaxed, positive and empowering atmosphere.
At WE Connect, everyone is given an opportunity to network with other like-minded women in business as well as provide valuable tips and strategies that will help grow your business. This close-knit business community is inspired by women for women who support each other and develop authentic connections.

Julie Mason
Julie Mason is a sales strategist and business success coach for freedom-seeking, purpose-driven entrepreneurs who helps transform their passion, knowledge and gifts into a business that serves both the owner and clients at the highest level. She is also a keynote speaker and author who provides expertise on LinkedIn and sales strategies for business. Her passion of helping and connecting with others is what lead to the birth of Women Entrepreneurs Connect. Alongside her co-founder Trish Adamson, these duo of strong independent women started a community of women entrepreneurs helping each other succeed in their professional and personal growth, and developing life-lasting friendship and connection on the way.
Trish Adamson
Trish Adamson is an Entrepreneurial Success Maximiser, traveller, beach mermaid, Champagne lover, freedom seeker, wild life advocate with African roots and Australian heart. Mother to 2 super-looking, super-dynamic young men, Andrew and Nicholas and one smart-as-a-whip, red cattle dog, Millie. Trish’s passion is embedded on inspiring people to achieve their excellence and embrace the Kaizen principle of continuous improvement. The mission to empower people to unlock their potential is what made her on board on creating the WE Connect community. She believes that we are all wired to connect and by connecting people and their potential, we then influence a discovery of such power, self-awareness and vision that the world shines brighter in the process.
